CMP on Vacation

As of tomorrow- December 16th (Wednesday), CMP will be on vacation until Sunday, Dec 19th. Any and all phone calls, emails, etc will be returned on Monday, Dec 20th. If you are waiting on a CD from me and have not recieved an email saying its in the mail, it will be making the trip with me to Florida for completion and will be either mailed from there or mailed as soon as I get back. I believe everyone has recieved their 1-2 pictures emailed for Christmas cards as requested. I am looking forward to a bit of downtime and spending some well needed time with my WHOLE family in a condo on the beach (even if it is going to be FREEZING!!).

I hope everyone has a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and a VERY Happy New Year! This will def not be my last blog of the year so make sure you check back...I really want to show off all the photos I have not been able to blog in the past weeks due to trying to get everyone's photos edited and out on time!!

3month Session

Now....his mom will know what I mean when I say....this boy LOVES to be naked! :) We went out for his 3 month session and it was a bit chilly. The first hour or so he was dressed SOOO cute but he was NOT very happy. We still managed to get some cute pics inbetween the tears. Then we changed him into the santa outfit...he fell right to sleep so we played a bit with that. Then when mom was changing him to leave...he woke up, (nothing but diaper) and was ALL smiles. So...we tried to cover him with a blanket in hopes to keep him somewhat warm and he just loved chillin just like he was! Who would have known! Super cute baby and I can't wait to watch him grow....he is a First Year Baby!! :)

Happy Birthday Sweet Baby Girl!! I was invited to join in on this birthday party to celebrate Ms. Ladybug turning the BIG ONE! Her mom and dad get an amazing job with the party and everyone had fun!! The CD should be in the mailbox for them to see tomorrow if they have not already recieved it but I had to blog a few of my favs....there are many!

The time has come for CHRISTMAS CARDS!!!

This year has been SOOOO crazy that I never had time to design Chunky Monkey Photographys Christmas Cards myself so I turned to a wonderful and talented customer of mine. Thank you Shara for your talent, time and help with this! She took the time to create 6 cards for CMP only!

(One is not posted...will be posted by tomorrow....making one quick change to it!)

How it works:

1. Pick the card you want

2. Pick your picture (s) that you want in your card. All of the images you recieve have IMG #'s on your CD's. You will just have to tell me which session it was and the IMG number(s). No need to send me an email with the pictures attached!

3. Tell me the names you would like on the cards

4. Confirm your address for delivery of your cards

5. Pay for your order on PAYPAL only within 24 hours. Once your order has been paid for, your christmas card order will be placed. They will print within 24 hours of the order being placed and ship directly to your home! If you have to pay by check, your order can not be placed until your payment has been recieved.

Shipping

Ground Shipping for your order is $6. At the same time of placing your order for your Christmas Cards, you can also place an order for any prints you might want for Christmas presents or your own home. The shipping fee covers your WHOLE order...no matter how little or how big! Faster shipping is available for a different price.

Christmas Mini's....Day 1 Previews

November 14th Christmas Mini Previews are HERE!!!

Thank you to everyone that came out and made this mini session totally amazing! The kiddos all did great and I love ALL the pictures. I hope everyone had fun....reindeer, sledding and of course with Santa! Your CD's are on the way! I am already coming up with new ideas and big, fun, exciting things to add for next year...just wait!!!!

Now...for the Nov 15th families...they will be up before this weekend...

Nov 22nd...not too much longer after that!

So...another 1st Year Planner graduates....into a handsome little man! We went out and had a lot of fun during his 1st year session. He has such a cute personality and those eyes...WOW! Thanks for allowing me to follow you though to your first birthday and I hope to celebrate many more in the future!

I hope everyone had a GREAT thanksgiving and a fun and safe Black Friday! :)

We actually took to the streets with everyone else yesterday morning and had a lot of fun.

Next year....I will plan a bit better!

Just an update on CD's......I am working on them as quickly as I can. I am hoping to have all the CD's from the Christmas Mini on the 14th out by Monday or Tuesday at the latest with the 15th to follow by the weekend. The 22nd will not be far behind. I have regular sessions to get edited to in the middle of the mini's so I thank EVERYONE for their patience and understanding. I was going to work though the Thanksgiving holiday but my husband BANNED me from my computer! LOL.....Thank you for that honey...I enjoyed my time with ALL of my family!

Mr. C is now 1! Happy Birthday Big Man!

His mom and dad might look at these pictures and let a small laugh out......we had so much fun trying to drive the golf carts, stay out of the mud, keep C standing up, staying out the sun, keeping shoes on, trying to make him laugh and smile...the list could go on and on. This little guy may not stay still but he still takes some awesome pictures! See you soon Mr. C!

Muddy Muddy Muddy

This session could be descibed with many fun words but I think mom will agree with me the best word to descibe it would be MUDDY! This session took place right after ALL the rain we had gotten and no matter where we went...it was wet and muddy. Especially the PUMPKIN PATCH. We still had a blast and everyone went home happy!

WOW...are these kiddos not just adorable? I know I use that word a lot and with good reason but these three are over the top! Their mom and dad aren't too bad themselves...lol. We had a lot of fun playing on the farm and I had a lot of fun with each kiddo individually. I really enjoy getting to know what makes each one laugh.

The baby of the family just stole my heart...and she knows it!

Newborns run the show!

So, the most important thing to remember while doing a newborn session is that the newborn...well, controls the session! This little one was a cutie...and so was her big sister. Big sister was VERY unsure of what I was doing there and why I was messing with her little sister. Little sister was VERY unsure of what I was doing there and why I was messing with her. All I could do was laugh....and keep snapping. We caught some cute images to freeze this moment in time. Thanks mom and dad for hanging in there with me!

Big Brother and Soon to be little brother

I met this family for the first time about 8 months ago. At the end of their session, they shared with me the good news that they had another little one on the way! We met a few weeks ago to capture them as a family with the "baby bump" before that little miracle made HIS way into the world! Soon to be big brother is a busy busy bee (cute one too!) but he LOVES his momma and dadda! It was a lot of fun!

Happy Birthday Baby Girl! This session was crazy....fun. Birthday girl wanted NOTHING to do with taking pictures...yet she took some amazing ones! There were even a few times she had a total meltdown.....but she is still just as adorable and perfect as when smiling. She had a lot of fun tearing into the cake too!

Trains, Acorns and Laughs!

The reason I love what I do is because all the great kiddos I get to work with. They get to be themselves, have fun and enjoy themselves. These two were no exception! They played trains, counted acorns and even wrestled for a bit! We laughed the whole time. There are sooo many cute images I had a hard time picking just a few!

This family was awesome! They had just welcomed their new little man into the world just a few short weeks ago. He was also very alert for most of the session....and very attached to that paci! But with some tricks and love....he finally was out and we had some fun with him. Oh yeah...don't forget his most adorable (Will be making the girls giggle soon) very amazing older brother! You have two great boys mom and dad.....amazing job!

Meet Ms. B.....sweet, beautiful, WIDE awake baby girl! I had the honor of spending a few hours with her, her mom and her sweet cousin. She started off fast asleep so I got a good selection of sleeping shots but it was short lived and she woke right up and was very alert the whole time I was there. Enjoy!

I have been dying to put this blog tease up! This little princess did sooo great! She was just about a week old and was amazing. She was awake at the beginning for some great shots with mom and then after a quick bottle, she was all mine! We moved her from basket, to chair, to dresser to well, everywhere we could. Grandma was even there for a few shots...priceless! There are soooo many pictures that I had a HARD time picking just a few to share. I can't wait for mom to get her CD and share her little miracle with everyone! Thanks mom and dad for allowing me to come back into your home to capture this special moment.

Big Bro and Little Sis

These two cuties and their mom and dad are awesome to work with. The last time we had a session, the little one was a bit unsure of me. This time, she was smiling, laughing, and very entertaining! Big brother was all that and a BUNCH of help! We were at a park so after we got all the pictures we needed there...we headed to the playground...it was fun to play!

This family is just awesome! Talk about fun and laid back. I love my kiddos but its awesome to work with some amazing girls who know how to work the camera! Modeling a future career, its very possible! I had the priviledge of seeing them again just today for their Christmas pictures. So much fun!

I had the priviledge of meeting my moms best friends new grandbaby...Mylee. She was super adorable. Once her tummy was full, she feel right to sleep and we moved her ALL over the backyard. HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEXI!! She is now 3!! :) Is she not the CUTEST Cowboy Cheerleader EVER?!! Her birthday party was a blast! Everyone came dressed in the Cowboy gear to party and then to watch the game. The cake was amazing...I just LOVE the look on her face as she blew out her candles. She has SOOO many people in her life that love her to pieces and I totally understand why...she is just an amazing little (grown) little girl!

This little one kept me on my toes! Talk about FAST and BUSY! I had so much fun following her around! It was a bit of a chilly day but you would never know it by the look on her face! This little girls was so much fun to chase around the canals. She smiles, laughed, cried, giggled, and had a blast! I had a blast with her because she reminded me a lot of my own little girl.

They are about the same age and the same personalities.

Its Monday..and man is it Monday!!! This holiday season is crazy busy and I am loving every minute of it!! I have had sooo many cuties and some wonderful families lately and not enough time in my day to blog each session...which I hate that I have not been able to do! :( BUT.....I had to share a few of them all....there are more to come but check these out! :)
